Greatest Needs Funds Created

The Resource Foundation announces the creation of seven greatest needs funds. These funds will assist vulnerable families living on the brink of survival.

In these challenging economic times, we are even more concerned about disadvantaged families and communities in Latin America and the Caribbean.

As the World Bank reports, Latin America remains one of the most unequal regions in the world with close to one in four people living on less than $2 a day. Rising food prices are making it difficult for individuals to feed their families, and many can no longer afford basic necessities.

The Resource Foundation has created seven greatest needs funds to help these individuals in need.
