Anabay Sullivan, Reporting Manager
Anabay Sullivan, Reporting Manager, joined the Resource Foundation in February 2010 to manage the grant reporting process for corporate, foundation, and individual donors.  She is responsible for monitoring and evaluating all projects supported as well as tracking the impact of The Resource Foundation’s support.

Prior to joining The Resource Foundation, Anabay worked on an independent research and capacity building grant in Papua New Guinea focused on climate change through Davis Projects for Peace.  Anabay’s experience includes work as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kyrgyzstan where she organized and taught at an after-school program, and worked on various community development projects.  She has evaluated an educational intervention for out-of-school girls in rural regions of Rajasthan for UNICEF, India and has worked with the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in New York monitoring emerging humanitarian crises.  In addition, Anabay has conducted a statistical gender analysis on the micro-data of the Household Income and Expenditure Survey of Bangladesh for the UNDP Regional Centre in Colombo, Sri Lanka. 

Anabay holds a Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a B.A. in International Relations from Wellesley College.  While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she studied in Ecuador and Spain.  She is fluent in English and Spanish.
